Processing Orders

  • Kuwait Orders 🇰🇼

    We usually prepare and deliver your order within 24 hours 🚀.
    In very rare cases (such as peak demand or exceptional circumstances), delivery may take up to the next day, but always less than 48 hours.

  • International Orders 🌍
    International orders are processed within 2–6 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped .

Shipping Rates

  • Kuwait 🇰🇼: Flat delivery fee of 1.5 KD.

  • International 🌍: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.

Duties & Taxes
Some countries may apply customs duties or VAT. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and not covered by KOOKNN.

Delivery 🏠

  • All orders are shipped with DHL.

  • Please make sure your contact & address details are correct ✅.

  • If the details are incorrect, delivery may not be possible and the shipment may be destroyed.

  • Customers are responsible for following up with DHL if needed.

  • If an order is shipped but cannot be delivered, the shipment may be destroyed.
