There’s an oil limit line marked on the pot. Fill the oil up to that line and leave around 30–35% of the pot empty, as the oil level will rise once you add the food. For the best frying results, use a thermometer and heat the oil to around 180°C.
Yes. Once the oil has completely cooled, strain it using the included strainer and store it in a clean container for your next fry. If the color or smell changes noticeably, it’s best to use fresh oil.
No, the Frying Pot is not induction compatible. Use it on a regular gas or electric stovetop.
Let it cool completely first, then wash it with water, dish soap and a soft sponge, and dry it well. It is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to keep it looking its best for longer.
